* “Regulations Effective as of January 15, 2021” is a special section of the Code of Baltimore Regulations Annotated ("COBRA"). Regulations found in this special section are not yet formatted according to the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act. The Department of Legislative Reference is working to revise, reformat, and re-codify these regulations into COBRA. Once all regulations effective as of January 15, 2021, are recodified the special section will be eliminated.
